LinkedIn Plans to Release In-app Games on the Social Platform
LinkedIn, the social platform for the workplace, is working on a new feature: games, with app researcher Nima Owji posting a series of screenshots on X showing some of the games that LinkedIn is working on and saying that employees’ scores will affect their company’s ranking in the games. LinkedIn later confirmed the plans to outside media outlet TechCrunch and said it is adding puzzle-based games to the LinkedIn experience to unleash some fun, deepen relationships and hopefully spark conversations. Games currently in development for LinkedIn include Queens, Inference and Crossclimb. However, it is unclear when the games feature will go live and whether it will be available to free users.

Audio-Technica Releases 60th Anniversary Edition Headphones ATH-W2022

Audio-Technica has announced that the ATH-W2022 headphones will be available for purchase in the near future. The headphones are produced by the Audio-Technica headquarters factory, using the same series of first-generation products as the sound cavity shell of Mizore Sakura material, and the shell of the Echizen lacquer maki-e process hand decorated. There are also Kiso hinoki and white tung wood production of headphone storage box to match.

Musk Reinstates Trump’s Twitter Account
On the evening of Nov. 19, Musk launched a poll on Twitter asking whether former U.S. President Donald Trump’s Twitter account should be reinstated, according to CNN. In the end, more than 15 million people participated in the poll, and the results showed that 51.8 percent of the votes were in favor. Musk then posted, “People have spoken. Trump will be reinstated.” This differs from Musk’s earlier promise to users and advertisers that he would first convene a content review committee of people with “widely divergent views” to collectively make a decision on whether to reinstate the account. Earlier this week, Musk had already unilaterally announced via tweet the reinstatement of several accounts that had been blocked for violating the platform’s policies.

On October 20, Google announced that it will add a number of new features to the Messages app, including but not limited to replies, starring specific messages, and setting reminders, making the RCS a match for iMessage. Google also promised that other tools could be integrated into the Messages app in the future, such as the ability for users to watch Youtube videos in Messages, and the ability for the Messages app to automatically suggest reminders or calendar events.
